Where to start
AI Readiness Assessment
AI maturity evaluation
One week to know exactly where AI can help you, what it would cost, and where to start — before investing a dollar in any tool.
For businesses of 2 to 50 people who hear about AI everywhere and want a concrete, costed answer that fits their reality.
How it unfolds — 1 week
- 1A 60-minute interview with you and your key people
- 2Review of your existing tools, processes and data
- 3Analysis: where AI brings real gains, where it brings nothing
- 4A 60-minute debrief workshop
What you receive
- AI maturity score on 5 axes: data, processes, tools, team, compliance
- 3 prioritized use cases, with estimated effort and impact
- A 90-day roadmap
- A realistic budget estimate: setup and recurring costs
- Law 25 and privacy watch-points
The assessment is quoted during the scoping call and approved before any commitment. What follows (pilot, implementation, follow-up) is billed in hour packages: you buy a block of hours, you see what it produces, you decide what comes next.

Concretely
What AI does for a business like yours
Examples of uses, not numbered promises: each situation is measured during the pilot.
Restaurant
An assistant that answers menu, allergen and hours questions; reservations 24/7.
Clinic
Triage of incoming requests, answers to frequent questions (RAMQ, preparation), appointment reminders.
Law firm
Qualifying requests before the first call, document summaries, assisted drafting of letters.
Retail
Product descriptions, customer service replies, abandoned cart follow-ups.
Services
Assisted quotes, request tracking, drafting of service reports.
Office
Meeting minutes, email triage and replies, search across your internal documents.
How we work
Four commitments
No jargon
You understand every decision. If we can't explain it simply, we don't make it.
Your data stays your data
Every use case goes through a Law 25 check: which data, where it goes, who can access it.
We use what we sell
Our own site runs on the tools we install at your place: chatbot, cookieless analytics, automations.
Measured, not promised
No result announced in advance. The pilot is measured before/after, and the number decides what comes next.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions about AI in business
Is this for a business my size?
Yes. The assessment is designed for businesses of 2 to 50 people. The smaller the business, the faster time savings become visible — provided the right use case is chosen, which is exactly what the assessment is for.
Do I need to have “clean” data already?
No. The state of your data is part of what we evaluate. Many useful use cases (an assistant over your documents, drafting, email triage) work with what you already have.
How much does it cost?
The assessment is quoted during the scoping call and approved before any commitment. What follows is billed in hour packages — one block of hours at a time, use case by use case. You never pay for a step before deciding to launch it.
What about the privacy of my data and my clients' data?
It is a full axis of the assessment. We document which data each tool touches, where it is hosted and who can access it, in line with Law 25. Options that keep your data with you are always presented.
How long before I see a result?
The assessment takes one week. A pilot project takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the use case, and it is measured before/after — so you know, with numbers, whether it is worth continuing.
Which AI tool do you install?
The one that fits the use case, not the one we would like to sell. Depending on the need: an assistant connected to your documents, automations in your current tools, or an existing solution properly configured. The choice is justified in the roadmap.
Start by knowing where you stand.
A 15-minute scoping call to understand your situation, then a one-week assessment. No commitment beyond that.
